The man never said he wants to ban contraceptives, he simply stated that he thinks they’re immoral, as most Catholics do.
I think all this is in uproar do to the issue with the catholic church being forced to provide something they deem morally wrong and Rick Santorum’s untimely contraception comments. Yes, all women have the right to buy birth control, but no, they do not have the right to get it for free.
Everyone just needs to chill out.
What church is forced to provide contraceptives? In fact, what does the church even have to do with the field of pharmaceuticals and biomaterials? And please, review your definition of freedom.
